New Classes in October

Three new classes will be added to the schedule from the second week in October. A 4.30pm class will start on Tuesday 11 October. From Thursday 13 October a 10am and a 4.30pm are to be added.

Exit 13 Now Open

Exit 13 westbound is now open.  Please follow signs for Monksland. Take the first right once you pass the entrance to Elan. Once you turn in, Savoury Fare restaurant is on your left and CT Electric is on your right.  Drive straight down towards the building at the back of the retail park. MFB Interiors is facing you.  You will see an orange Bikram Yoga Athlone sign on the left side of the building which is a directional sign for the studio. Head toward that sign, staying to the left of building, the studio is the last unit.

The Importance of Being Earnest

Briefing us fully on your medical conditions and injuries before your first yoga class is of utmost importance! When your teacher knows your medical condition, they will suggest any necessary adjustments to avoid injury or discomfort. Always be sure to arrive on time (20 minutes early) to discuss any issues with your teacher before a class. Bikram Yoga Athlone cannot accept responsibility for problems if a client fails to outline any medical conditions or injuries in advance of class. Please note, no late-comers permitted into class.
