4×4 Hot Yoga Challenge
For the first time we are offering a challenge. To get summer ready why not try our 4×4 Hot Yoga Challenge. 4 hot yoga classes per week for 4 consecutive weeks for just €120. If you complete the challenge you will go into a draw for a number of exciting prizes. You can start this challenge any time during the month of June.

The 10 Class Incentive is back – buy a 10 class card for €115 and get 3 extra classes free. Valid for 10 weeks.

Or buy 3 Months Unlimited Yoga for €270 (normally €400).

For the month of March Bikram Yoga Athlone has a number of special offers to choose from. Buy One Month of Unlimited Bikram Yoga for €110 (normally €145). Buy 2 Months Unlimited Bikram Yoga for €200. Or buy 3 Months Unlimited Bikram Yoga for €270 (normally €400).

Here’s a little reminder of the difference between the 3 classes -

The Bikram Class is a 26 yoga posture sequence with 2 breathing exercises. Every posture is done twice, opening the body in the first set and then potentially aiming for depth in the second set. Each posture is done with precision in mind, working to maintain the correct alignment of the body. We work from the bones to the skin, starting with the skeleton and then hoping to maintain the natural range of motion of all the joints and soft tissue. This class is suitable for all levels.

The BYA Mix is a new 90 minute hot yoga class using some postures from the Bikram class as well as a lot of new ones. More hip openers and upper body strengthening. A dynamic energetic class great for preparing you for the Hot60. It is not suitable for first timers or beginners. It is advisable to do at least 10 Bikram classes before attending this class.

The Hot60 is a faster paced class lasting only 60 minutes. A high energy class with postures only done once. This class is not suitable for beginners. We would advise people to do at least 8 to 10 Bikram classes, to get time to learn the finer details of each posture, then do a 10 BYA Mix classes before coming to the Hot60.
